Absolutely. We travelled under the same license. You can go whereever you want. No one will ever ask for any type of license or anything. The Art Factory was one of the highlights of our visit to Havana. We got there early and there was no line. When we left around 10pm the line was around the block.
No, just join the line outside. You’ll get a card and they will tally your drinks/purchase on it and then you settle up for everything at the cashier as you leave.
