Caitlin Clark's rookie season with the Indiana Fever has been a huge success. The No. 1 pick in last April's draft has set a number of WNBA records and, more importantly, has helped lead her team to the playoffs for the first time since 2016.

Clark scored a career-high 35 points in the Indiana Fever's final home game of the year to push her season point total to 761. She still has another game to extend her lead on Seimone Augustus, who set the record 18 years ago with the Minnesota Lynx.

When Wheeler asked for the check, she learned that some Caitlin Clark fans from Iowa had spotted the WNBA star eating and paid for her meal. The Fever play their final regular season game on Thursday night against the Washington Mystics. Wheeler posted about the kind gesture via X:
