Sean ‘Diddy' Combs filed a new request for bail on Friday, saying changed circumstances, along with new evidence, mean the hip-hop mogul should be allowed to prepare for a May trial from outside jail.

An anonymous sexual abuse accuser has been told she’ll have to be named publicly if she wants her suit against Diddy to move forward.

As Sean “Diddy” Combs awaits trial, his request for a gag order has been denied. The Bad Boy founder’s request was rejected by Judge Arun Subramanian on Oct. 25, according to reports from Page Six. The order would prevent government officials from leaking information about his case as he remains in jail leading up to his trial next year.
